Yeah!!! Football season is here again! We love football around here. Going to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the games on the big screens, having friends over to watch the games, Super bowl parties, and the best part? Going to Zachary's games!
Zach has played football for 7 years now! When he started I was so worried he wouldn't be able to handle getting hit. I thought what if he isn't tuff enough! Boy~ Was I wrong. He took to it like a duck to water! He actually likes it!
Zachary is playing again this year for Mesquite High and tonight they had their annual jersey night. All the players families come and the boys have a scrimmage game. First the freshman, then the JV, then the Varsity.
Even though it was freakin hot outside (110) it was fun to watch! I bought Bailey and Grace a lollipop, some water, and some pompoms to keep them busy! It did the trick! They had a great time even though they were sweatin like pigs!
After the game all the players lined up on the field and their parents stood on the other side of the field. When they called your sons name, you came on the field and presented him with his jersey. Zach was cracking up when he saw the girls waving pompoms at him from across the field. He had to point them out to his friends. Nice, a sweet side to teenage butthole itis!

you are looking hot in those pics! no more bloggging about the fat jigglin cuz you are lookin good.
You are looking great! How fun for you guys! I am glad that Zach has something that he excels at. He sure is looking so big (age) in that uniform. I still remember his fat chubby cheeks as a baby. I am sure he would appreciate me bringing that up!
What a great thing to do. That encourages boys to be OK with their families. I'm glad Zach was happy that the girls were there and being cute.
I can't believe you are old enough to have a kid bigger than you. Your sisters are right, you look fab in these pictures. I love how you are all dressed in the school colors. What a great idea! You will have a great time going to his football games. I hope Mitchell gets over his wussiness and starts playing football again.(see post here:http://clanmacnab.blogspot.com/2008/02/mitchell-football-stud-or-major-wussy.html)
What a great kid, but he grew up way to fast. Cute, cute girls!!
Yes, I agree -- you look fantastic! Also, I've never seen Zach look so handsome! He needs to put that top picture on Facebook and MySpace. Chicks will love it because: He looks studly; he is being a sweetheart to his mother; and he has those darling little girls with him! Can't miss!
How nice. I can't believe your "baby" is playing high school football. Gezz. Isn't it fun to watch your kids playing sports? Play ball. Our youngest played T-Ball last season and it was so much fun.
Fab pics of all of you. It's hard to believe Zach is so grown up. He's going to be a heartbreaker.
whoohoo! the girls look too cute! and like they had fun too! love the bows!
