52 Blessings Projest ~Week 39

This Week I Am Grateful For ~ Rachelle!!!

Poor, Poor Rachelle.

Rachelle has been so good with her sisters and brothers that she has become s my built in babysitter and I love it!

I have very rarely called someone Else because sometimes they would have a hard time with the kids and just wouldn't quite know how to handle them. With Rach I always know she will change them, feed them, referee the fights, and always, always be kind and sweet to them!

Last week she watched the kids while Tony and I went to Zachary's game even though she wanted to go also.

On Saturday Tony wanted to take me out to the Cuban restaurant for dinner and the live band. Rach really didn't want to babysit again so I told her it was OK we would stay home. When she realized it was our 11 year anniversary of getting sealed together in the temple she told us to go ahead and go. I told her it was alright we'd stay home but she insisted.

She is so dang sweet, and crazy, and stinkin fun!

We had the best time. The music was fantastic, the food amazing and I was so grateful when I got home to see Ethan was in bed asleep, the girls were in their Pj's and my house was picked up!I know I can always count on her and I am so grateful for her!

Thanks Rachelle! You are the best!

Sigh. Built-in baby sitter. Plus, she's a total doll! Give her an extra hug for me. :-)

I was always my mom's built in babysitter and I really didn't mind. It was great to be appreciated and it helped me become the mother that I am.

We were just talking this weekend (while on a date, paying a babysitter) how nice it will be when the boy are old enough to leave at home to take care of themselves. Scary thought right now.

She is a gem. It is unusual to find a girl as beautiful as Rach that is not wrapped up in herself. She really is special.

Rachelle is awesome! She is always willing to help out and do as she is asked. It is fun to get to know her more. She babysat my kids once and they still keep talking about her. Sad for me that she is moving....

One of my first memories with your family Christmas after Mike and I started dating. It was Christmas morning and Rachelle and Zach were waking up to get their stockings. If I remember right, it was hard to wake them up. I cannot remember if she was shy cause I was there or if she was just tired, but we put their stockings up stairs in the hallway. All of a sudden all we could see was the stocking slowly moving into the bedroom. You couldn't see any part of Rachelle... just the stocking moving. Love that kid. Always have.
