What a Difference a Year Makes!

I was looking through photos on my computer and came across these. They were taken one year ago at our home in Frederick. Makes me homesick for our old home, the weather there etc...
We has a HUGE winter storm, and were unable to leave our culdesac for a few days till the snow plows came through. Every time we tried driving, we got stuck in the snow and had to be pulled out by a neighbor.Tony even got stuck at 5 am on his way to work. He could not even open his door because the snow drift was so high.Fortunately someone was out and pulled his car out.Our next door neighbor Steve built the snow cave for the girls to play in.They thought it was the neatest thing. Zach and his friends tried to go tubing during the storm, but had trouble seeing anything, so they returned home defeated.I am going to miss winters so much.

The snow looks fun. And the last pictures brings back memories of when I was a child and we would head up north for the winter break. One year it snow so much we dug ourselves a small town.
